I wanted to express my appreciation for the DJ services you recently provided for our company Christmas Party.
I received nothing but compliments concerning your music selections and professionalism. The mood music you provided prior to and during the dinner supplied a great atmosphere while unobtrusive. The little things such as having the volume level appropriate for the location and crowd and your ability to vary the music while keeping people on the dance floor was noticed and appreciated.
I also heard that, when a special request was made for some music that you didn’t happen to have with you, you had the music delivered to fill the request. That was a step above what was required of your services and it was greatly appreciated.
Thanks again and I would like to discuss retaining your service for our next party. I don’t have the details yet for the exact time and hours, though I would assume it to be similar to our last party.
